All participants attending the conference must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend. Conference registration fee starts from US$650 to $995 depending on the package chosen by the delegates.

Package deal shown provides best value for money and are the discounted rates. Registration Fees is based on one paper presentation only and is not based on number of days for the conference. For subsequent additional papers (e.g. 2nd paper, 3rd paper, and so forth), additional fees applies.

In order to confirm your place at the conference the fees must be received more than 60 days before the conference start date. Please contact us in advance if the conference fee will be late so that we can plan for your attendance.

All fees are in US$.

Conference and journal papers exceeding 6 pages, will be charged extra per page (PE) US$ 90.
Late Registration Fees (LR) $290 (each paper) after the deadline date.
Administration fees (AF) $250 (each paper).
Paper reinstatement (PR) $275 (each paper).
*Discounted package is available before the deadline date that is mentioned in the invitation letter.
Registration fees don't include hotel accommodation or travel expenses of any nature.

In order to fully register please make sure you have paid the correct fee. No other deductions will be allowed.
Registration will remain incomplete if the correct fees are not paid.

Student registration must have a current student identity card to show at the conference.

The author will be provided with receipt of payment (for free) and a certificate of participation (for free) in an envelope at the conference registration desk on the first day and date of the conference. If the author requests receipt of payment earlier than the conference first day and date or after the conference first day and date there is an administration fee $98. If the author requests certificate of participation earlier than the conference first day and date or after the conference first day and date there is an administration fee $98. If all presentations are completed in a day, or there are fewer delegates attending, the conference can be concluded in a day.

MAKING PAYMENT FOR PUBLISHING A PAPER IN ONE OF THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNALS (click>JOURNALS)

This section is for authors who are not attending the conference but wanting to publish their research papers in one of the International Journals (click>JOURNALS)

International Journal Paper Publication Fee (IJP) US$ 700 for each paper.
